I ordered one of these via Amazon which arrived faulty. I messaged the company directly to ask if the problem with the item was normal. Oscar messaged straight away and assured me it wasn’t and to return to Amazon. I did this and because the customer service was so good I ordered from the company directly. Great item and prompt delivery. Will definitely order again.
